Question:

300 calorie meal for lunch?

i'm a little hungry right now and i'm totally on a diet, so i was wondering if anyone has any ideas for a relatively easy to make lunch that is a max of 300 calories...ps: i'm also slightly dumb when it comes to actually cooking hahaha, thanks again!

  1. weight watcher bread  2 pieces 90 calories

    deli single ham - 70 caries

    fat free craft chese- 30 calories

    snack- glenny's healthy  100 calories brownies  


  2. half a bag of doritos. easy to make and possibly below 300 calories!

    2. two hard boiled eggs

    3. salad with two thinly sliced pieces of deli turkey and 2 tablespoons low fat dressing

    4.  Can of tuna and two rice cakes.

    5. Lean cuisine has a bunch of choices.

    Roast Beef

    Turkey

    Turkey & Ham

    Veggie

    AND, you don't have to make/cook a thing!

  6. Not too sure on the calories, but I have lost a few pounds the last week or so by eating some cottage cheese on lettuce, a few cucumber slices, a tomato slice, and a few club crackers.  I also had a few blueberries and strawberries with it.  Then, a glass of milk.  Sort of fills you up and is semi healthy.
