$300 gas card for $1.95 shipping?!?

300 dollar gas card and a calling program?

A call from unavailable involving a $300 gas card and a calling program for 10 days, for a $1.95 shipping fee.

I have never heard of this before, and I'm sure it's a rip off, but I've researched it and cannot find anything, which strikes me as odd.

Both people I spoke to were Indian, (don't know if that matters?) and the girl (Genny, ID 1412) had said that it was because I had used my visa for gas numerous times, and had no problems with my visa. There were 26 other people receiving this, and the company was Ec1 Rate. I don't believe that I have the name right.

Does anyone else have any ideas about this?

Its only a voucher which basically means if you use $100 worth of gas per month, mail in your receipts and you will recieve $25 card from that company per month until it equals to $300.
