30th bday ideas?

any ideas for my 30th bday party, I was thinking something like RED HOT night where everyone has to wear red and all drinks etc party favors are red, ..i will be making handmade ionvitations, any ideas?????

You can decorate either in different shades/tones of red, or red and white.  Being you're doing red hot, you can do darker reds and lighter reds.  You can do this with streamers and balloons, and for the centerpieces you can do different tons of red in flowers too.  

Being the theme is red hot, do some flames around too.  Go to a party store and check the boy's section and see what they have around the car and racing section section for flames.  Being you hot in there, you want to get some kind of hot in the decorations too.

Red drinks are going to be easier than red food.  I'm not sure if you're going red with the food too, but being it's your birthday, I would just go with the food you like and enjoy and stick with your favorites.  

You can also have red candy, red hots, and you can even go to the m&m's website and get any color m&ms you want and they personalize them to say what you want.  You can have your name and red hot and your 30th birthday put on them and get them in different shades of red.  You can put them in cellaphane bags with red ribbon and give them to your guests.

For the invites you can do:

It's my 30th Birthday!

And it's going to be Red Hot!

Come and join me, it would mean a lot!
