31" tv

Question

I have my tv in my summer home. During the off season the cable channel degrades my service to save money. In April when my cable is restored to normal channels I can't get all the channels on my TV. Last year I figured it out, but can't remember what I did. I think it has something to do with the stored memory maybe. I tried auto program and unplugging the TV.
