31 weeks pregnant!!!?

Question

i am 31 weeks pregnant and 1cm dilated 75%effaced..had to have 2 steriod shots the last past 2-days because the doctor thinks the baby is coming early and that will help develop the babys lungs...now my breast are full with milk i mean leaking soooo bad and there sooo sore i cant even touch them...i didnt think i should be doin this so early..has anyone else done this before?

I haven't gone through this yet, but after reading how sore and tender the b*****s are I am thinking you should start pumping milk.  You don't have to store it or anything, but once they get engorged the best thing to do is help them by releasing some of the pressure.  If you don't there could be clogs that form, and those are more painful than anything (this happened to me when my daughter was born).  If you have a pump at home I would take some milk out, it would make you feel better and hopefully take off some of the pressure.
