While watching TV,..I also have a Scientific Atlantic Explorer 8300HD cable box, the volumue went out as if the TV were muted but no captioned titles appeared on screen. I tried unplugging everything...all the connections appear to be in tact. the only thing strange is from the remote when I go to the Audio function. #1 mute appears on that line, but when I try to scroll left or right to try to deactivate mute..nothing happens. So I have a perfect picture, can change channels, but no volume..Can anyone help this single mom
