32" philips flat screen tv not working?

Question

my 32" philips tv was showing a hour glass shaped pictuire when viewing, but now the tv displays nothing at all please help this is the second tv that has went in the space of a month. if anyone nows about electricity could these problems have been caused with a new fuse box being installed as this all happened after it was professionally installed. thankyou

Sounds like strange porblem but shouldn't be hard to fix.

Try changing the fuse in the power plug to a new one and if that dosent work, it might be a connection problem.

Double check to make sure everything is in the right place and to see if there's any loose or damaged connections going into the tv, such as cables from a dvd player or freeview box for example.

If there not the sources of the problem i would consult philips and contact their website and explain the problem to them, they should give you a number of solutions from there, such as technicians checking out your tv or it might need a proper examining, depending on how bad of a state your tv is in. Philips costomer service is usually really good and they should find the problem with little hassle.

hey if it is out in warranty so bad,,,cause it sound the main ICs of your television is bein busted,,about fuse box its not.if not cannot be fix with a proofesional technician there u must buy new but diff, brand try sony...im not indorsing it...just keep a try....i used it and no prob at all.
