  1. Bananas do help a lot.  Drink a lot of water and try stretching every night before you go to bed like moving up and down on your toes so you're stretching your calves.  I know how bad it hurts.  I woke up screaming one time.

  2. Calcium and potassium are the best things to help. Have yourself a banana and a glass of milk each day. You can also eat a baked potato with some cheese if bananas and milk aren't your thing.

  3. Oh my goodness!! I had a double whammy the other night. Both legs at the same time cramped up on me. I was whinning soooo much my husband woke up looking at me wondering what he could do. Pretty much nothing. Basically stretch your feet out back and forth till it goes away. I feel for ya girl!!!

  4. Oh the joys of pregnancy! I had forgotten about the leg cramps until I read your question! There really isn't much you can do. Exercise is good, and you could also try a heating pad on your legs. To be honest with you, they were the least of my worries, so I just tried to ignore them.

  5. I am 35 weeks and I get at least 5 a night while I am sleeping. All I do for it is massage it out or walk it off.

  6. Eat bananas, the potassium helps sometimes because the charlie horses can be caused by a lack of potassium.  I know I get them too if I don't eat a banana everyday it is so weird and my oldest son is like that too sometimes.
