325mg aspirin question?

I'm asking this question on behalf of my boyfriend.He is 6'4" and 235lbs and we were wondering if,b/c of his size,he can exceed the recommended dose of 2 tablets?And if so,how many should he take instead and how long should it last him for(like 4-6 hours or something)?Its for his back pain and headache.

I wouldn't take aspirin for significant pain.  Try Advil or Alleve or Tylenol. Large doses of aspirin can be really hard on your stomach.  Try alternating Tylenol with Advil.

I wouldn't reccommend it.  If your boyfriend is having trouble, and aspirin isn't cutting it, try ibuprofen.  He can take 800 mg every 6 hours.  If that doesn't help, he should give his doctor a call.
