After we have had our TV on for a couple of hours, the picture appears to "crackle" - then the color gradually fades to black and white. We called our cable company who sent a technician out today to check their box. After checking all of the cables, the technician said it looks like the problem is with the TV. The TV is only 2 years old. We don't really know where to take it for repair. Thank you.
