Question:

33 inch Panasonic gaoo bought in 95 picture trble

When tv is powered on screen is normal except for the appearance of horizontal lines on top of screen approx. 5 inches wide when tv is warmed up lines seem to slowly dissappear.... i suspect it main be power supply related
need confirmation
