33 weeks pregnant, spot in underwear???

Question

I went to the bathroom a bit ago and noticed a VERY SMALL spot in my undies. It looks more orangey than red to me. I havent had any cramps or backache or anything that would suggest being in labor. Id also like to add that when I wiped with toilet paper, I saw nothing. My sinusus have been acting up today but I honestly doubt the two are related, just thought Id mention...

Any idea what it could be???

It could just be some of the mucus plug like a tiny spec.  Or often is the case and seen quite often it might be a vein on the outter area of your v****a that has been scratched a little - this often happens with all the pressure from baby down there - it's almost like piles but on your v****a and sometimes they bleed a tiny bit and terrify pregnant women.

Any suspected blood though should be checked out or you will just worry about it.
