i'll be 35 weeks monday (9-1-08) nd i feel like c**p. my back aches all the time nd im never comfortable.

and on top of everything else, i've been having low abdominal pains that feel like menstural cramps all over for the past week. they hurt so bad to the point where i cry. and i have really really bad headaches that NEVER go away. my gyno said i can take up to 1000 mg of tylenol at a time to help...but nothings helping it. they are constant day in nd day out. my gyno said that my blood pressure is normal everytime i go in to the office so its not preeclampsia.

what does the cramping and headaches mean???

 1. You most likely need to increase the amount of protein you are eating to help reduce or eliminate the headaches and cramping. Also increase the amount of water you are drinking as this will also help with cramping. A warm clear bath at night should also help you to relax at this time. Make sure you have a protein snack and a glass of water before bed. Best wishes, G

 2. I had headaches...almost like migraines. Try drinking more water, that was the only thing that helped me. I can't help you with the cramping, didn't have any of that until my widdle one was about to pop out.

 3. Headaches a lot of times are the way your body lets you know its stessed, I had them A LOT when I was pregnant. The cramps are probably braxton hicks. Also, with my second baby I pulled my sphinkter(no idea on spelling) muscle which caused me to have a lot of sharp shooting pains in my lower abdominal area. That or a lot of women pull their groin.

 4. The cramps are labor pains. Try to time them. Sometimes it may feel like they don't let up and it is just your body preparing for labor. The headaches can still be preeclampsia. Make them check a blood count!!!. I went through the same thing and ended have it really bad! You don't always have high blood pressure or protein in your urine.
