351 windsor won't start

Remove the distributor and look at the distributor gear.In order to do this locate the mounting bolt at the distributors base(the bolt is at the 5 0clock range).If it is sheared or broken get ready to pull your engine-or sell it.You will need another oil pump!!!!!!

It won't fire, new coil, new carb, new plugs and points. Points are gapped correct as well as the plugs. Also a new starting solenoid. When I pull the plug wire off the plug and insert a screwdriver absolutely no spark. Top dead center on the timing and correct firing order and right orientation of the plug wires in the distributor cap. Please help out of ideas.
