35th Birthday suggestions please :)?

Question

Besides getting my bf to propose and having kids, what else would you suggest I do for my bday? Spa, massage, dinner, bbq are all good ideas. I was thinking of a tattoo. You know, something to mark the end of "young adulthood". I can no longer check the box marked 18-34 (boo!).

All I know is that I feel great. I just got carded at the casino and the dude had to do a double take.

Nothing too crazy or cougar like. Holy ish, I'm officially that age now. Gah!

Don't get the tattoo.  It is never a good idea.  Do what you want to do.  If you like parties then have one.  If you want to be pampered, get a massage, manicure, pedicure, or what ever it takes to relax you.  It is your day, so make it the best for you.

If your really thinking of a tattoo, First rule of thumb, no boy friend, or husband names on you.  I did for my 40th and got something I had always liked since I was a child.  Then I added my childrens names.  Glad I did it.  Hope this helps

If you have a little money lying around you should take yourself to a place you've always wanted to visit....like Paris or Bangkok or something. Or maybe save that for 40?

I have 2 very conservative daughters in their 30's..... However, ONE has a small butterfly tattoo on her butt and the other got her navel pierced!   (My teenage granddaughter asked her when SHE could get her navel pierced, and my daughter said when she was 30:) ......  So, I think both ideas are fine, as long as it isn't something that's going to show and look ridiculous in 30 years:)  ...    Think of the people who get tattoos on their chest or arms, and how wrinkly THOSE are going to look!  lol
