  1. Your doctor should be monitoring your weight better...you're not gaining enough, which means your concern about your body is potentially harming your baby.   Hope you're not as selfish as a parent as you are a pregnant mom.

  2. It will really start coming off when you are nursing!  That is what happened to me.. in fact I got down even smaller than I was pre pregnancy.  You will have like a 5 month preg looking tummy right after you give birth and it feels very strange like a sack.  I really was not prepared for that part lol.  Stomach muscles are shot so you have to build those back up slowly though so it does not effect your milk.  It will come off when you nurse so no worries.  Eat right and remember you still have to eat the same amount of calories as you were when you were preg for nutrition for your lil one.  Its worth it though.. yup even the stretch marks ;)

Even if the flab does not melt right away, when you see your baby your heart will!

    Blessings :)

  3. Wow, I've gained 25 pounds so far and I am 34 weeks. 11 pounds is not enough. Talk to your dr. about this.

  4. 11 pounds is not a healthy weight range it is recommended to gain 25-30 pounds in pregnancy

I dont think that you have guessed right 11 pounds will be taken up with baby and amniotic fluid

    This s the recommended

    Where does it go?

Let's say your baby weighs in at 7 or 8 pounds. That accounts for some of your pregnancy weight gain. But what about the rest? Here's a sample breakdown:

    Baby: 7 to 8 pounds

    Larger b*****s: 1 to 3 pounds

    Larger uterus: 2 pounds

    Placenta: 1 1/2 pounds

    Amniotic fluid: 2 pounds

Increased blood volume: 3 to 4 pounds

Increased fluid volume: 2 to 3 pounds

Fat stores: 6 to 8 pounds

That weight will basically be lost within the few days that you will be in hospital a baby

I think you will benefit from this site

Dont think of yourself and your body think of what is healthy for the baby
