360 Wireless net work adapter?

every time i connect my adapter to my 360, it say its "disconnected" and the light doesnt even show up. so is my adapter faulty .or maybe its my usb part in the back that messed up? any help will do plzz.

  1. maybe the router is too far, or ur not putting on the usb correctly.
