360 blog photo question?

On most bolog we can upload 1 or more bog pictures. Under the photo is a line with--edit,delate,permanent link, and other things we can do. There is a date also at the beginning of the line. What is this date for? How can I change it?

The date is like a  let you know when you post it. So it's like a reverse diary

And you can not change the Date, this is not one of our options.
