360: "The Edit Picture feature is temporarily unavailable. Please check again later."?

what does this mean and when will it be back?. (Ive been checking "again later" for three days)

I have had the same problem and its been weeks!  I aslo would like to know when someone will fix it!

I have changed my avatar picture several times lately so it looks like it's working sometimes.  Perhaps you could try at a different time of day when the system is not so busy, like in the morning, and maybe you will get lucky.
