360 share pro (p2p) keeps freezing?

hi, hope someone can help. I have a p2p programme called 360 share pro, the problem im having is that quite often when im downloading (audio), the system seems to freeze (as though its all too much for it). When it freezes i can move the mouse around but whatever i click on is seriously delayed. Its a right pain in the neck, and woukld like to know if i can remedy this problem. I have enough free hard drive space and memory on my p.c. Im not too computer literate so careful with those answers! Thanks guys/gals

i think its just the program. i would say try a bigger party p2p software, because it seems that its not so much your computer but the program itself is causing the problem.
