37,4 C which is 99,32 F. is it normal?

my last period (second after getting off the pill) was on CD42 july13th to 15th. now i am CD36, and still waiting for my period to come. the last 4 days i checked my temperature (oral) and it was 37,4 C which is 99,32 F. is this normal?or high? i had cramping on and off, but didn't noticed any spotting.i took a pregnancy test 6 days ago and it was negative.

any idea what it is? i am soo confused.

  1. At 37.5C and above, you are having fever. Take enough fluids to regulate body temperature.  


  2. 37 degree celcius is normal.  39+ would be considered a fever.

  3. Unless you know your temps for the rest of your cycle, it's very hard to say. You can't tell what's a pregnant versus non-pregnant temp without knowing your personal 'normal' pre-ovulatory temp and post-ovulatory temp. For me it would be slightly high, but I've seen other women's charts at FertilityFriend.com and some women are that temp all the time!
