37 weeks pregnant ... werid symptoms ...??

Question

I am 37 weeks pregnant and this morning I woke up with really bad chills ... then I felt like throwing up but nothing ... I even tried sticking my finger down my throat to hurry up and get it over with but nothing happened ...

I peed and when I wiped I had like snot ... it wasnt a large amount although i did wipe 5 times and all of them had snot on them ... but no blood ...

What the heck is wrong with me could I have salmonila or something like this?

I dont think its labor symptoms but my husband and I did have s*x yesterday morning ...

I have been having contractions but nothing too extra ordinary ... I been having BH for weeks now ..

but I dont ever get chills unless its cold outside and I am from Texas so the weather never gets that cold..

Has this happened to you? What do you reccomend?

The best thing to do is call and talk to your doctor or a nurse. Tell them what is going on and they will decide if you need to go get checked out or not. most likely everything is ok but be safe and just call and find out from your doctor what you should do.

A mucus plug probably means that you will be in labor soon. By two weeks.

the snot like substance is your mucus plug. don't take any baths, showers only because you could get an infection from the bath water. I know people that were sick to their stomach like the flu when they were at the end of their pregnancy, close to labor and even while they were in labor.
