37 weeks pregnant with a big baby!?

Question

I had a growth scan at the beginning of the week (36w+6days) and the baby is already 8pd10oz!

I am due to have a Cesarean in 12 days from now and want your predictions on how much the baby will weigh by then

those ultrasounds can be completely off! I had an ultra sound 3 days before I was induced. It said the baby was 7lbs 8oz, well 3 days later he was 9lbs 3 oz. I say the baby is smaller than it says it is. I wouls say 8lbs. 2oz. Let me know I wanna know how big it really is.

My guess is 9lbs 14oz. I'm so glad you don't have to push that huge healthy baby through your v****a!

Mine is big too. I'm only 35 weeks and at 34 weeks 2 days, he was already measuring 6 lbs 8 oz. That is 1 1/2 lbs bigger than he should of been! I'm hoping to induce early!!!

My guess would be around 10 lbs...if the ultrasound predictions are accurate.  Sometimes it turns out the baby is not near as big as they thought.
