  1. Yes it covers those things I am on medicaid too.

  2. Dentist- Yes

Eye doctor- exam only unless you are under 21 then it will pay for glasses as well

  3. In most cases you will have medicaid for about 2 months after the baby is born or after your 6 week check up, then you'll get cut off. It does cover dental and vision. I'm sure you know, you can't get anything done right now. It isn't advised for any pregnant woman to do dental because of the x-rays involved. Also pregnancy affects your eyes so I wouldn't do vision either until after I've given birth.

  4. dpepend on the state i guess in texas it does if you are under 21 of age... most good eye doctors though will not give you a exam until 6 weeks after the baby comes because the eyes change from one extreme to another in some women during pregnancy, my moms a abo certified optician so i got to hear about upset patients alot..

  5. some does you should have got something in the mail that tells you different doctors that will take medicaid

  6. Yes, it should cover both. I went to the dentist and got an eye exam and glasses when I was on medicaid. They just have certain glasses that you can choose from.

  7. it depends on your state I live in NV and it only covers you for pregnancy related visits

  8. it depends on your state

here in michigan it does not cover either during pregnancy, it only covers pregnency related doctor visits, the birth and followup

  9. Yes it does, but you might want to check on how long you will receive it after you have your baby.

  10. yes it does cover basic dental and new glasses every 2 years but you have to find a Dr that takes the medical card which is getting harder anymore.
