  1. walking, going up and down stairs, s*x, pineapple, squatting, acupuncture, pressure points, castor oil but i wouldn't recommend it i heard its not good to do and then some more walking i am 40 weeks and have tried everything but castor oil and nothing has worked for me. try different things though good luck!

  2. I know how you feel I'm 38 weeks and not dilated at all!!! They said my baby hasn't even dropped. Now i have to have a c section because they don't think ill go on my own and they think she is to big. Iv tried everything I honestly don't think anything works i think that the baby has to be ready to come out and want to otherwise nothing you do will help. I ate spicy food, walked, had lots of s*x, hot baths, pineapple, everything i could. I lost my mucus plug over 2 weeks ago and still nothing and no baby...

  3. Sounds like your doing the things that help you progress.  If your this far along, you are considered full term.  Try calling your doc and explain how you feel and see if they will induce you asap.  Good luck to you!

  4. acupuncture is supposedly really great at getting contractions started

but the baby will come on it's own my first didn't come till 42 weeks

  5. Ask about being induced.

  6. I understand your sense of urgency to see that beautiful baby of yours. When I was pregnant I tried it all and at the end of the day...the baby will come at her own time. My son never did come on his own, after him being 10 days late, they induced labor, which didn't work so finally they had to give me a c-section and pull his little butt out.  However, it was well worth the wait.  My suggestion to you...keep having s*x and lots of it. Of all the methods...its by far the most fun ;)

    Good Luck!!!!
