im a 18 year old boy. how can i decrease the size of my long nose? or stop the growth of the nose from growing even longer.

Well, I don't think your nose is going to get that much bigger.You could put on weight and hope your face gets fat.This will make your nose look smaller.

Sorry, but by saying "no" to surgery and having your nose broken, you've eliminated the only truly feasible options.  You could try growing your hair longer, but I don't know whether that'll make any difference.

It's not possible without surgery.  Sorry :(  I know it's a frustrating situation.  You can work on concentrating on the things that you do like about yourself though.  The good news is that at 18 your nose is pretty much the size it's going to be so you don't have to worry about it getting any bigger than it is now.  If in a few years it still really bothers you then give surgery some thought.  It's not hard to get it financed these days and if it makes you feel better then it would be worth it.

The truth is, your nose and ears grow continually over the course of your whole life. In other words, they're the part of the body that never stops growing. Sorry.
