hello, well i am not sure what to do here because i cannot leave any questions without an answer, but it asks me for my spouse's DOB and i can only fill it with numbers. Question 18 asks for it's name, but i wrote NO, cause i don't have one... :'( HELP ME.... WHAT DO I DO... I DON'T WANT TO HAVE A PROBLEM AT THE EMBASSY BECAUSE OF THIS... AND I HAVE TO GO TO THE EMBASSY NEXT WEEK...

If you type NONE on question no.18 don't worry about no.19  answers just  type 00 00 00 (Zero) on DOB.

on question 17 it asks if you are :

Married  Single (Never Married)

Widowed  Divorced  Separated; it goes without saying that if you have never been married and you click /fill out on that first 17( (nerver married) , you cannot fill out question 18, and question 19 either.........leave them blank...

i have the form right here and i looked at it, the question 17/ 18/ 19 are the same line .......that is the reason for it,

yes you have to leave 18 and 19blank; for you have NOT been married...

please do not worry about , 18 19 are a follow up of your answer on question 17 ...........

it will be okay,

anyone looking at the form, will see that you # have never been married #

just fill out the little circle on 17 ONLY.

Why can't you leave the space empty? That's what you're supposed to do if it doesn't apply.
