  1. In addition to Matt's response, there is a difference in the direction of letters. For example,

    a c d e f q o u v w   are anti-clockwise letters

    b h j k m n p r   are clockwise letters

    g s y   are letters that are a combination of rotations and are thus the hardest to practise.

    A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z

    that is the proper order for the english alphabet.

  3. Not sure what it is that you mean here but if you are referring to teaching children how to learn to write the letters then you should group them by similarities such as:

    a,c,b,d,o,q,p,g because they are the rounded shapes and most have the letter a formation (round, up, down.)

    You also have,

    l,t,k,h, with the tall sticks

    j,y,g,q,p,  with the hooks

    Basically let your child write as much as possible.  Praise the correct things they do and discuss the things that you could help them with or that they could improve on rather than 'no, you got that wrong'.

  6. The way some people write this way - they think that adults have gone through knowing their alphabet. It could also be written as "a to z" and that means that they are talking about the alphabet. And some people say simply the "alphabet"..

    Although there are some people that have not taken alphabet lessons - but they know that when a person says A B  C D .....Z, it means the alphabet.

If you mean what order should a child learn to write them first, like which letter is most important to write first you need to find a list of controlled vocabulary words for like first grade, I remember a, m, r, n p, t  and like these were used first so like simple sentences "Nan ran.  DAn and nan ran"  It truly would be good to learn the ones first that occur most often in first grade reading,  I think if I were you, I would post again and explain a bit better what it is you want to know  Good luck
