39 weeks had membrane sweep done?

Question

I had a membrane sweep done this morning it didn;t hurt like some women says it does i just felt alot of pressure. does anyone have some success story with getting this done? I am 3cm and 50% the baby is at station -1. What can I do to help get this going?

Have s*x! When I had my membranes swept me and my partner had s*x, after I put a pillow under my butt to tilt my pelvis, and sure enough 3AM I was starting labor. Good luck!
