'55 Panhead Boot Question.

Question

The dang city came over to my house last night and put a Denver boot on my scooter and I had it parked in the breezeway. Said something about a danger to the world. How do I get it off? Now my wife of 52 years is mad and hid the charging cord to my Hoveround again. She says the only new people we meet come over in squad cars. I say at least we are still social.
