'94 Dodge Ram 1500 360 CID Radio not working?

Question

When I purchased the vehicle the radio was inop. I checked both of the fuse blocks and they all appeared OK. I pulled the radio and all of the wiring appeared intact. With the exception of the cigarette lighter, (which is on a seperate fuse), all of the accessories and gauges work. No liquids were spilled into the dash....

Is there an inline fuse somewhere? A reset button? I must be missing something here....

If the battery was ever disconnected the radio may be locked you will need the unlock code.From the dealer if not the radio may be shot.The lock feature is to prevent thieves from using your radio if they steal it they will also need the code.
