Newcastle United striker http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alan-c4244 Pardew’s decision to leave him on the bench for Monday night’s clash against Everton.
The player was clearly not happy with being left on the bench at Goodison Park. The striker has not exactly managed to replicate last season’s flying form, but remains an important part of the squad.
The player’s agent claims that he was amazed and disappointed at the management of the club and their decision to not start him for the game.
The Senegalese centre forward was not selected in the starting 11 that faced Everton for the Premier League clash. He did however come on as second half substitute and grabbed a brace to salvage a 2-2 draw for his side.
Ba had inspired his team to a well fought and deserved draw. Everton had taken the lead on two occasions, but Ba equalized twice and earned the Magpies an important away point.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Everton-c13019 had two goals disallowed, and the game ended in controversy, with Pardew admitting that his side had luck on their side.
The manager was aware of his player’s frustration at being left on the bench, but also praised his performance after the game.
Ba’s agent claims that his client is not getting the recognition he deserves, and blames it on last season’s decision of starting him on the left to allow Papiss Cisse to play in the central role. The agent also said that Ba would be forced to consider a
move away from Tyneside if he was repeatedly used as a substitute.
"Since returning from the Africa Cup of Nations, Demba doesn't understand the management," he said.

"If he continues to be a substitute all season, we'll look at other solutions. Demba is happy at Newcastle. He is playing in the Premier League, with lot of fellow French speakers and he loves the club's supporters.”

"He would like to start every game but he respects the choice of the coach, even if he does not always understand or agree. It is more difficult to play well when you don't have the confidence of your staff."
