'Disc is unreadable' for Oblivion on Xbox 360?

Question

I'm playing Oblivion on my Xbox 360, and for anyone who plays it, I'm on the Necromancer's Amulet quest. When I talk to the main person, I ask about the Necromancer's Amulet, she says something about Traven, then the game pauses and it says it's unreadable. Help?

you have to wipe the disc with a wet paper towel and dry it with a dry one

return it, if it's new, if not, buy a new one and return the bad one.
