'Error Cleaner' and 'Privacy Protector' don't go away.?

We tried Smitfraudfix twice, but the 'Error Cleaner' and 'Privacy Protector' don't go away. Any help is appreciated.

I'd suggest using all or either of these programs to get rid of those rogue software.

RogueRemover

The database is small but I found Privacy Protector.

Also download

scanning with those programs should get rid of it.
