ive got my p plates and i got them in august last year (2007). i just got green p plate in the mail today and it says to put them on by 1 july 2008, are those only for first year p platers? does that mean i have to put them on next month and take them off again in august??? im sooo confused. also i went on vic roads website and it says the probationary drive who obtain their p plates on or after 1st july 2008 are on the probationary licsence for 4 years now, that doesn't apply to me because i got it last year right? my licsence expires in 2010 so that means im off probationary system when im 21 correct? if anyone could just explain all this c**p to me in the simplest of ways that would be a major load off. thanks
