'Round 12 hours ago, I got shampoo in my eye and it still stings.?

I rinsed it out around 30 minutes after it happened because guest arrived out of nowhere.

My eye still stings, it's red, and my vision was blurred at times. Not all the time and I blinked it clear, but it was a bit annoying.

Serious? Or am I paranoid?
