'The devil and Daniel Johnston' help with a quote?

Can somebody tell me exactly what Daniel Johnston says on the documentary 'The Devil and Daniel Johnston' at the bit where he says 'So there you have it, I'm a manic depressive with grand illusions' I want the rest of the quote where he is talking about the symptons of his illness. I don't know why but I love this particular quote and I find it really haunting. It was an amazing documentary.
