  1. replace girls with people. rebels, revolutionaries, tyrants, etc. are the people in the history books.

  2. Absolutely. The well-mannered cannot manifest change

  3. My thoughts are.."so that's why I'm naughty.."

  4. I would agree with that statement, but I believe that the girls who have made history weren't all necessarily "misbehaving", they were doing what they knew was morally right.

  5. of course that's absolutely true. even florence nightingale had a french kiss or two. it's awesome how we can remember a villain and forget the life story of a hero. it all depends on how you mark yourself in the history of the world, y'know? and although everyone loves a heroine, bonnie from bonnie and clyde will steal the top.

  6. I totally agree, revolutionaries make history, nobody remembers the passive submissive housewife once she's dead, but everybody remembers Joan of Arc.

  7. It's completely true because the historic (and contemporary in some places) plight of women has been oppression.  A well behaved woman historically has been one who won't be noticed and will speak only when spoken to.  Therefore a woman who leaves a mark in history speaks out for what is right and as the time sees it "misbehaves".  Thankfully we have had many of these women to set an example!
