  1. the samsara cycle...karma is part of the "cause and effect" cycle of our entire life...I believe it does play a role...although it is God who ultimately controls my life, karma does make itself known at times.

  2. myth.

look in today news and see what people get away with these days.

a poor girl who got raped only got £9,000 compensation and the rapist will be freed in around 3 years. that is really really disguting.

  3. Fact...

Look at the Three Fold rule and Laws of the Universe-Like Attracts Like.

  4. Man am I due for a lot of trouble!  :P

I for one though happen to believe that what we do comes back full circle to us.  Another answerer used the example of being sneaky.  I thought it was a great example, cause it always strikes me as funny that the person who seems to get "screwed over" a lot, usually does a lot of "s******g other over".  People who tend to volunteer a lot, always seem to have plenty of people around who are willing to volunteer to help them move or whatever.

Almost seem to tie into that old wives tale "Birds of a feather flock together."

Personally, every time I try to do something sneaky I end up telling on myself anyway so sure, I believe it!  ;)

  5. Yes fact

  6. Ive seen it time and time again in the lives of me and people I know-what you send out comes back to you!!!

  7. Yes it definately do come around. Revenge is sweet.

Hey RMC perhaps his d*ck will rot and fall off.

  8. i call this dude joe humper now he calls me girl humper is that wat ya mean oh well

  9. Fact, without a doubt.

  10. yeh, it's karma

    in it's most basic expression

  11. I strongly believe that it is both Factual and mythical..........................

  12. if i slaughtered a whole nation, chances are i'd have to pay for it somewhere along the line.

  13. I don't believe there is a supernatural being weighing it out.  We all have high times and low times.

  14. A ten year cycle iuv.

  15. Cliche' because it seems statistically feasible. Anyone could really look at it being true-they could look at both positve and negative occurrences and try to pin it to a past occurrence.

  16. Could it be cause and effect?      For example, you do something really sneaky to someone .

This could mean you are a sneaky person anyway.

But one day you will do it to someone who is quicker than you, and susses you out straightaway then it will rebound on you.

It seems like `what goes around comes around` but it is really that you were eventually caught out - which seems like karma.

  17. This saying is nonsensical.

  18. In the world of fashion. 'what goes around comes around' is certainly true to some extent.  Quite often, [most often], designs from the past are brought back into fashion in the modern era after they have been adapted in some manner or other.

For example; if you look carefully at the fashions of the 1970s - excluding the flares etc., men with shoulder length hair.  This harks right back to the 17th and 18th centuries.

Go back even further to the Regency and it become apparent even to the casual observer, that period Regency fashion [women] was influenced by Classical Greek and Roman fashions.

In terms of politics, no truer saying was ever invented than 'what goes around comes around'.

A Roman once said that a people without a history do not have a future.

Somehow I think that by looking again at what happened in the past we can to some extent determine what may happen in the future, esp. if it's based upon the concept of 'what goes around comes around'.

One thing we can be absolutely sure of is war.

"Only the dead shall know an end of war."

    Aristotle of Athens.

  19. na i think its a myth... cos what is there to prove that its a fact!! i think its just to make people worry if they will get something in return to what their doing... (if that makes any sense!!) lol

    hope i helped :D xx
