'When a stranger calls' ending?

For those who have watched: 'When a Stranger Calls' what happens at the end? Because I can't seem to find it at the DVD stores.

aw he went after the gurl and the kids in the house and the police called her and told her to get out the house because the call was coming from the inside they made it just in time and the bad guy went to jail

The police come and they catch the guy that was in the house.

The girl is sent to a hospital and she hears the phone ring (i think). She picks it up and it's the guy. Then she wakes up cause it was a dream and she starts screaming and going crazy, and the nurse and docters try to calm her down. Then the movie ends

The guy is in the house and he chases the girl  and the little kids around and then the little kids like run off and the girl is in the living room with the guy and he throws her on the floor and she tries to hit him with a bottle of alcohol but she misses (Stupid) and it hits the fire place and then the guy like jumps on her and she grabs the fire place control and turns it on and it burns the guy and she stabs his hand with a fire poker and he gets stuck so she runs outside and the cops are there and they catch the guy and take her to the hospital and while shes there she has a nightmare about the guy so basically shes all messed up now.

the creepy guy gets caught by the cops and the girl is outside with the cops and the creepy guy  is in the cop car and it passed right infront of her and they look at each other and she had like a suprised face when she looked at him and yeah thats it. =] hope that helped

the only explanation they give is that he has done this before.  she was a target like other babysitters he killed.  he didnt know her, he was just after her.  the police come and arrest him and shes in the hospital where she has a bad dream.  thats about it

from what i remember,he gets in the house and he chases her around and tries to hurt her,and finally the police get there and she ends up in the hospital at the end
