'can i buy a ps3 40gb at walmart?'

can you explain,like what 'benefits' i get if i buy it at walmart rather than the other stores?..and do they have warranty at walmart incase i buy there?

I would suggest you buy no electronics at Wal-Mart unless they have 100 dollars off or anything like that. That is because of the warranty, they don't provide one. Also, buying consumer electronics at walmart is bad if you want to return a bad item, and then it goes into all these hassles, which you directly want to avoid. If you are not getting a decent amount of money off the ps3 at walmart, don't get it there. Go to Best Buy and use a rewards card to get 30 bucks back, or even circuit city, but not walmart. thats not true at all what the other guy said i had bought my 40gig ps3 at walmart 2 where bad they let me replace them with no porb at all and i also got a 2 year warranty for 30 bucks so thats 3 years 1 year with sony and 2 years with the warranty so dont worrie about it mine is working just fine now i would go with walmart if thats where you buy your stuff

buy it at gamestop because if you lose your reciept they store all the information on there computors according the serial number on the ps3. This really helped me cause my ps3 broke and i had no reciept
