Tu estas carinosa. Do not say "Eres muy dulce". "Dulce" implies how something tastes, so you would be essentially saying that she "tastes good", and that can be taken the wrong way.

1. Use "estas" because its a state of being, AND it's not a permanent condition.

2. If you are trying to impress a Hispanic girl, make sure to learn how to properly pronounce words.
