3GP Videos for mobile?

i have a nokia 6255 cdma mobile unfortunately it only plays 3gp videos and not mp4. I have various 3gp video converters but the output of these converters is worst. Is there any 3gp video converter that can generate or convert videos to 3gp videos of good quality i.e clear video and good quality audio
