3rd Jerseys for '08-'09 season?

Question

Does anyone know if Reebok / the NHL are considering 3rd jerseys for next season? They took them away this past year with the new "uniform system" (whatever that means), but I was hoping they'd bring them back so the Pens can wear the Blue jerseys they wore for the Winter Classic.

This was asked previously; someone had posted a list of teams that will have them; it looked like two-thirds to three fourths of teams will be rolling them out.

Detroit and Montreal, thankfully, were not on the list of teams going down this route.  Why mess with perfection, eh?

I have my own source that says the Pens are going to use the blue throwback jerseys as their third jersey this season.....

I too heard about the third jersey coming back at the beginning of last season and with the leaked photos of the boston 3rd i'd say it's the truth. I just hope my Stars bring back a little bit of the old Green and Gold for thier third.
