my little brother keeps complaining about how he hates school and he's gonna join a gang and sell drugs and be a pimp and retarded stuff like that..he's really smart, but he just despises the teachers and students...and he said if i tell our mom he will kill me...what should i do??

Go talk to the principal in his school.  And tell your mom that he has threatened you.  Do not stay quiet about this.  Your brother needs HELP.

your brother definetly needs to get some help before he ends up dead or seriously hurt. talk to your parents about this or someone you trust. tell them that he is threatening you. tell his teacher, or his principal also.

It's illegal to drop out of school younger than 16.  Hopefully your brother is just saying stupid stuff to get a reaction out of you.  Have you heard him saying these things to other people?  Do you have gangs nearby that he could easily be influenced by?  You should probably say something to your parents, even if you just kind of hint at it so they look into it further.
