  1. 3x - 2(x+3) = x

    Expand the brackets:

    3x - 2x - 6 = x

    Group the 3x and -2x together:

    x - 6 = x

    Your equation does not have a solution for x.

  2. first multiply the -2 across the (x+3) by distribution:

    3x -2x -6 =x

    x-6=x

    -6=0 this is impossible and therefore there is no solution

  3. the question is

    3x-2(x+3)=x

    3x-6x-6=x   expand the bracket--> -2(x) and -2(3)

    3x-6x-x=6   exchange both side so both side will have same coefficient

    0=6            solve it

    so, the answer will be "the value of x is undefined"

  4.

    the answer to  3x-2(x+3)  is 3x^2 + 7x - 6

    wait... are you looking for the value of X?

  5. x=-3

    3x-2(x+3)=x

    3 * -3-2(-3+3)=x

    -11-2(-3+3)=x

    -13(0)=x

    0=x

  6. 3x-2(x+3)=x

    =3x-2x-6=x

    =3x-2x-x=6

    =0=6

    =0

    X has no value.
