You very well may be eligible for scholarships.  Check www.fastweb.com to see how to apply.  You can also check at the Financial Aid Office at your school for scholarships particular to that school.  For grants you need to apply at www.fafsa.ed.gov.  That eligibility is based on income (among other things) and not gpa.
