Had the same problem. Did all kind of fuel pump tests, changed filters-still the same thing. Finally found the problem. I removed the pickup tube from the top of the gas tank. It is plastic and I had to bend it to work it out. There is a small screen between the pick up tube and the backflow preventer that was partially plugged. After cleaning it and putting it back in I now have full power. Note: before I did this I was able to idle, go about 200 feet and bog down, then continue the idle.
