  1. I would go to the Clarence hotel but it isnt that cheap ...

    also check out Yahoo! Travel!

  2. go outside dublin to another city better fun like waterford stay at waterford castle hotel its on an island was there last year for vday with my gf and we loved it

  3. 4/5 star hotels in Dublin, or anywhere in Ireland is not cheap. Anywhere decent for Valentine's Day has to be booked now!!  Rooms for Valentines in Ireland go quickly and may have largely gone by now. Difficult to get bargains for Valentines Day due to its popularity.

Having said that, Westbury, 4 Seasons and Burlington are best in Dublin, Westbury being the most romantic.

Best value I know is Markree Castle, Co. Sligo, beautiful castle in beautiful grounds. Now only 2 to 2.5 hours drive from Dublin or 5 trains a day to nearby Collooney from Dublin.  Listed as 3 star but the historic highly romantic ricoco styled restaurant with chandaliers, cherubs and candles along with true fine dining is truly 5 star plus. There are some beautiful rooms. Ask for 123, a quaint traditional 4 poster bedroom or 127 a large, dare I say, Victorian style room. Very peaceful, very romantic, and not expensive!

From the link below they can get you a package of two nights of bed and breakfast plus your Valentine dinner for under 200 euros each in room 123 or 127 or just 120 euros each for the other rooms, many very nice. Again, book now as the price will soon zoom and then sell out.

  4. I liked the Jury's Inn. Nice beds. Good breakfast.

  5. issacs. aint bad.  make sure you get a room away from the street the ding ding ding of that whetever the h**l it s will drive you mad

  6. Dublin is a great place - try these ...

The Clarence (my fave) - fantastic food, decor - owned by U2, in the heart of dublins social area - its amazing - if you cant afford to stay there do go for afternoon tea at least ...

    also ..

    morgan

    Merrion

    Enjoy!

  7. we stayed in the Jury's Inn a few years ago and it was brilliant - really nice room, close (walking distance) to city centre and cheap! have a great time.

  8. 4 or 5 star means expensive.

I would agree with Katie, the Morgan is a nice hotel.

    Or the Morrisson.

  9. Merrion - 5 star - central, exspensive, but brilliant, especially if you like french food.

4 Seasons, 5 star - exspensive, a bit out of town, probably the best in dublin.

Morgan/Clarence - 4 star, very central, the area around both is a complete tourist trap so everything around them is exspensive...

  10. hi jureys hotel ballsbridge ,or the burlegton hotel same areas near center ,should have some deals on then enjoy

  11. Try Opodo, LateRooms etc from page below

  12. Pembroke Townhouse would be a perfect choice:

  13. Oh oh oh go to the Morgan on Fleet Street, it's right in the heart of Temple bar and is bloody gorgeous.

  14. Try www.priceline.co.uk it has loads of hotels from everywhere you can think of. It real easy to use with star rating and prices for each type of room. Hope it helps.

  15. The Royal Dublin or The Gresham both are on O'Connell Street. Or look at www.visitdublin.com

Its a great website full of things to see ,do and eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have a great time Dublin's my favourite city!!!!!

  16. I found a gorgeous hotel in Dublin but it may or may not fit your budget. It's $107.00 a night. But it has a digital TV, high speed Internet connection, and other cool features! It also is 4.4 out of 5. Here is a link to it :http://www.hotels.com/property.do?proper...
