  1. Circumference is given by  C = 2*pi*r

    In your case, we have C = 2 * 3.14 * 2.6

    Multiply those numbers out, and the answer is in meters.  C = 16.4 m

  2. Well radius is half the diameter so you have to dubble 2.6. The diameter of the ciricle turns out to be 5.2. After that you just have to multply by pi. So using 3.14 as pi the answer comes out to be 16.328.
